EXTERIOR PAINT – The exterior was painted in February 2009 by Bennett Painting. The project included pressure washing the complete exterior with Clorox, scraping any loose & flaking paint, priming raw wood, recaulking the complete exterior, filling all knot & nail holes on siding, brush painting exterior siding, windows, doors,
cornerboards, soffits, gutters, downspouts, and porch overhangs.

INTERIOR PAINT – In February 2009, Bennett Painting also
painted the master bedroom & bathroom (including trim). The hall bath was painted in 2008 and the remainder of the interior in 2004. There is no wallpaper in this home!

WATER HEATER – 40 gallon electric State water heater was
installed in 2003.

HVAC – A Trane electric split system heat pump was installed in 2000. It was serviced and inspected most recently in January 2009. A Trane programmable thermostat is located in the hallway.
